"Very unprofessional, I just left my appointment that’s been scheduled for over a month without service because the doctor did not get my appointment verified with my insurance after drive 35 mins to my appointment and receiving daily reminders about the appointment. A call would have been nice before wasting my time, and taking off work. They definitely lost a patient today."

"Alert ‼️Alert ‼️ Don’t bring your kids here for horrible and unprofessional service. First day Dr. Nguyen said ‘’ your kid crying so I can’t do something. Let she come back after 6 months”. After 6 months thesame thing happened. Without any exam she referred for x-rays. I realized the tactic she do to collect money from insurance. I never see sach like dentist in my life. selfish"

"This is legit the craziest dentist I’ve been to. It’s ran by one dentist who doubles as the receptionist so you have to wait to check in until she finishes up with a patient in the back. They don’t honor appointment times but have a weird cancellation policy where they will charge you if you don’t show up. I came in for a simple extraction. She didn’t even look at my tooth, just the x-ray the assistant showed her and said she couldn’t pull it because of how it’s growing. The assistant had already said by the look of the x-ray that it would be easy to do. I’m a hundred percent sure she never intended to pull it. She just wanted to get me in here for an “exam” so they could get insurance money from doing nothing. I know this because last year I brought my kids here. After collecting all of their info over the phone (birthdays, gender, etc), we get there and she does the exam for both then says “oh but I’m not a pediatric dentist, I can’t do anything about the cavities”. She knew they were toddlers when I spoke to her on the phone but instead of telling me then, she let me come in for their exams so she could get the insurance money for the one visit. Big waste of time. Drove across town for a 30-min wait and 5-min exam."

"Dr Nguyen was awesome. Because her hygienist didn’t show today she did everything herself and quite efficiently. This was our first visit, as our insurance plan with Kaiser and Delta Dental Care only became effective at the first of the year. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks Dr Nguyen!
