"My first experience was great but this second experience was not! My Doctor called in me a prescription when I went in to get they told me it would be an hour we’ll close to 2 hours went by when I went in to pick it up and they then tell me it isn’t ready and it would be at least another 15 minutes. You know some people go to pick up their prescriptions not feeling well and this is very poor customer service!!"

"I have been using them for a few years now. BUT TODAY!!!!!! My hubby and I called about his refill and the tech we spoke to was very rude and when I politely let her know that her tone was rude she hung up on me. I have never been spoken to or treated this way as a customer at ingles .When I called back to speak to the pharmacist another tech answer and she help to figure out the problem."
"Very rude customer service. I just wanted my daughter’s prescriptions transferred to a different Ingles Pharmacy so I could pick them up earlier than noon. The pharmacy technician on duty at the time was very rude and more interested in giving cov-id19 vaccinations. She also hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the pharmacist on staff and she rushed me off the phone and talked over me. I used to fill all my family’s prescriptions here, but we definitely WON’T Be back. They don’t even deserve one star."
