"I had a new patient appointment for my 2 dogs and had to leave because they were so unorganized. Three people waiting in front of me. The dr showed up when I came so that is probably why patients were backed up. The employees there were more worried about vaping and smoking or on their phone. First impression was not good at all. I was going to give them a chance for business but I should’ve listened to other people about the workers there."

"Very unprofessional! I called to see if Dr. McDonald could do a farm call for my horse or if I could bring him there. Told them his symptoms. Was put on hold for 25 minutes then hung up on. Called back told them I had just called and told them the same thing. Was put on hold for another 15 minutes, hung up on again. Called back, no apology for the delay or being hung up on. Told them the same information. 43 seconds later the lady on the phone said the Doctor couldn’t come out and I couldn’t bring my horse there. It would be a week before they could see him. That is fine, I know they are busy but it shouldn’t have taken that long to find out. I could’ve been calling another vet during the time they had me on hold. The lady was very rude when she did get back on the phone."

"Very professional and the best price for his vast knowledge/years of experience around! Been taking my pets to Dr. McDonald since I was a teenager, and now have my own kids in College. Won’t look elsewhere until he retires, and I won’t look forward to that year!! He sees my Boston Terrier crew and their pups. Always a great experience. The new office right off I-79 is great for those of us who travel over 35 minutes to see him vs. closer vets due to his quality care, professional staff, and very reasonable prices!"
