"This place seems to be as completely inefficient as the rest of the government. So sad they probably only see 6 people a day but if you want a appointment it is 6 months out. So sad that this is the best they can do. The can't do anything on site so you have to drive to Huntington to get a xray don't even have cold medicine. May return your phone call but if you want anything done in a few days you have to drive there. May as well drive to Huntington and go to the emergency room."

"The Nurse Practitioner "Jason" is a terrible health provider. Other than that, it's great."

"It appears they don't answer their phones and don't return calls... I am a combat veteran and require extra medical care. I have used 3 other VAs in 3 different states and this out patient is probably the laziest I've seen. I have a tumor on my spine that needs to get removed and the team will not call me back. I am a patient person but when it comes to needing a neurosurgeon set up they will drag their feet. Also, whoever is the admin scrubs the bad reviews off the site. I know because there was a 1 star review that is not there anymore. I do realize they may be veterans as well, that is why I'm not understanding why they do this to fellow veterans. Next step will be VBA for complaint if it doesn't change. Everytime I go by there, there are no vehicles in the lot. Not a busy VA."
