"If I could give this place a negative -5 star or more, I would! Cassandra G. Brackett is very unprofessional! I have a friend who used to go to her when she was younger and has PTSD with dentists til this day because Cassandra used to hit them and was very rough. I know people that go to this place now and are still saying it is very unsanitary and VERY unprofessional. Get it together or shut it down."

"The office of Dr. Cassandra Brackett serves and works for select Health Insurance Companies and not for all people. I have a crown on my front left big tooth. While eating a sandwich it broke 3 days ago. On Monday, I was desperately calling to get someone to do an emergency repair. Upon doing a Google search for Emergency crown, Dr. Brackett's office came up. I contacted the office and explained the situation. I was told by the representative that they do not take Aetna DMO. I explained that I have a healthcare savings card and can cover the amount needed beyond what my insurance covers which I stated is how I thought insurance normally works. I asked if considering the fact that I have a broken front tooth and that I work in the public, if they can make an exception to their policy. The representative then told me no in a creative way by saying they are booked up for 2 months but they will be glad to contact me if there is a cancellation. If you are looking for an office that cares about you as a person, I recommend that you keep looking because this is not the one. The dentist that was available and was willing to take me on is called Aspen Dental in Atlanta off of centennial boulevard. I was going to go to them but I ended up being able to get a hold of my primary dentist (Great Expressions 200 E Ponce De Leon Ave Decatur) who was able to get me in just as fast as Aspen Dental (I had called my primary dentist a few times and they were not available for my first few calls but picked up up in the afternoon). Thankfully the situation is resolved but I recommend to take your money to someone who cares about you."

"Scammy. I was a patient here back in 2014. I was leaving the country for a trip and went for a checkin, Dr. Brackett told me that one of my old fillings looked too old and needed to be drilled out and replaced. It had no pain or issues. Ever since she did that the tooth has always been in pain. I've had to had it redone multiple times. It is clear to me that because I was leaving she wanted to bill me for something so made up an issue. I do not recommend coming here unless you want fake cavities drilled out."

"We love this Dentist. My 12-year-old daughter has really bad anxiety and she feels very comfortable here even while getting extensive dental work done. Dr. Brackett and her team somehow make going to the dentist fun. They are all so sweet and caring. We always look forward to seeing them."
