Walmart Pharmacy

"If I could give a zero I would, this pharmacy has never been easy to get my medicine from. They do not explain at all if you are confused, they will just let you figure it out for yourself. Along with being confused about even trying to get my meds they didn’t even have the medicine I needed in stock. I had to call again and then they told me. That should be the first thing I am told so I can figure out what to do next instead of spending the time to get my doctors approval on meds that they CAN’T GIVE ME BECAUSE THEY DON’t HAVE THEM IN STOCK! You are messing with peoples lives here. This Walmart pharmacy needs to get its self together because they have to be one of the worst pharmacy’s I have ever been to."

"Continued delays on filling multiple meds. Each time we called for a Vitamin B for my wife a new date was given. Finally she spoke with someone who simply told her, "yeah, we cannot get that here". Why wouldn't they just say that to begin with instead of letting date pass and then sharing a new expected date? Another example of processes for big corporations to serve the masses. If you need Tylenol probably a good inexpensive place and pharmacist may be able to help with any questions (however know you are making it harder for your local business that actually cares about people to stay in business each time you go to Walmart to save a dollar). If you need someone who cares about your medication, well-being and is honest stick with a local pharmacist."

"I've gone to this pharmacy for over 5 years. I gave them many chances, as no business is perfect. However, after the numerous issues they have had over the years--- I feel comfortable saying they need to be shut down, for the health and safety of the community. From false advertising regarding their hours operation, to unprofessionalism, to telling people in the drive through that they will "be right back" and then CLOSING for the day--- they really just should not be dealing with anyone's medication. Plain and simple. They are not selling candy. When you deal with medication, you are also dealing with someone's life. Word to the wise: Go to the Walgreen's down the road, or even the Publix. Do not let these unprofessional, unethical, and irresponsible people at Walmart Pharmacy handle your medications. They cannot be trusted in any way, nor do they even care. Simply read the number of 1 star reviews this pharmacy has.... I've never seen so many 1 star reviews at any single establishment. They are truly horrendous."

"I arrived at 6:55 to get my prescription, it wasn’t ready yet so I asked to have it sent to the Walgreens. The African American woman said she will “be right back” and she had to “check with the pharmacist”…literally never came back. Just wow!!!!! They close at 7 and I waited and waited and waited and she literally just never came back. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and I’ve been coming here for 5+ years. There are always issues, they frequently change their hours…. Now this. The employee literally said she would “be right back” and she just never came back. Literally!!!!! Do they not realize they are dealing with medicine!!! It’s not like they are selling cookies. This pharmacy should be closed down altogether!!!!!!!!!!! They are unethical and unprofessional in every single way. Absolutely terrible. This should be a crime!!!!!!"

"Do NOT use this pharmacy. I have gone here the past several months to pick up a monthly prescription. The first month I had to show up 4 separate times over the span of a week because they “didn’t know how to process” the iPLEDGE. So the next time, I waited longer to give them extra time to process everything… and I’m told it’s “time sensitive” and that I have to get labs done again. I do not understand how these “professionals” can be so disorganized and unpredictable. If you show up on time, you’re too early; and if you show up late…"
