"I was beginning to love this place. I have been to too many dentist offices with poor customer service and this one by far have provided good customer service, but they really need to do better with their scheduling. They don't provide courtesy reminders, one lady told me last week my appointment was today at 12pm so I took off from work but then when I called to confirm again I was told that my appointment was at 11: 40am, and now my appointment was canceled because I was more than 10mins late. What?? So, now I have to wait another 2 months for an appointment because the doctor have a 12:20pm meeting, and can't see me today. So if my appointment was at 11:40am and her meeting was at 12:20pm how was that going to work anyway? I'm so annoyed and disappointed."

"Dr. Ammons and her team are amazing! I had a dental emergency and was told to come into the office. I didn’t have to wait before going to the exam room. Dr. Ammons stopped what she was doing and came to assist. I was in so much pain and just overall upset and sad. She proceeded to explain what was happening, what the next steps were in office, and how we were going to fix it. She did all of this while wiping away my tears. I’ve never ever had this level of compassionate care by any medical professional ever in my life. I’m so grateful and thankful for her kindness and patience. I explained everything to her as she sat next to me assuring me that all will be well. The hygienist, Mr. Anthony, was right there with her offering compassion and support. You never know what a person is battling or just how your interactions may affect others. Love and blessings to them forever. They were exactly what I needed in that moment. My entire family will be coming to Concord Dental."

"When You Don't Know If You Have An Appointment Or Not Because Of An Program But You Have Not Been Told You Can Go To The Dentist And They Will Try To Charge A Fee For Not Letting Them Know You Can't Come In When You Don't Know And It Is Not Your Fault So They Have To Charge The The Program Not Me And When You Do Show Up For An Appointment Because Of A Text Message That You Get About An Appointment Then When You Get There Sometimes They Tell You There Is No Appointment When They Forgot To Call You And They Don't Want To Pay For The Transportation That You Take Getting There For Nothing But If You Miss A Appointment And Not Cancel It Three Days Ahead Of Time They Want To Charge You A Fee, All They Are About Is Making There Money"

"The kindest office. This was my 1st visit. My husband is a current patient and recommended them to me. From the time I entered the office to the time I left, everyone was beyond kind. The front office greeted me promptly (Shelby) and I waited only a few minutes before going to the back. Tanovia was amazing. Awesome bedside manners and she walked me through every step.l for my care. Dr. Ammons was nice and also explained my care. Vanessa checked me out and gave a detailed explanation about my bill. Everyone was genuinely concerned about my care. will definitely be back."
