The staff, from the front office to the doctors are kind and attentive people who take pride in giving a detailed and caring experience. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental work. 10/10"

"This is one of the worst practices I have encountered. I was scheduled for an appointment on Monday. I called in to provide my dental discount plan information before my appointment for later that day and they said I didn’t not have an appointment scheduled for that day. I made another appointment for Wednesday. Then I received a call later on Monday stating my Monday appointment was scheduled for two weeks prior, which is incorrect because I wouldn’t have scheduled an appointment if my discount plan wasn’t going to be active yet. I had to reschedule my Wednesday appointment because the front desk was having difficulty entering my discount plan information. I got a call from I believe the office manager stating that since I had rescheduled my Wednesday appointment that if I did not show up for that one I would be required to pay a $200 deposit. (Who has ever heard of a deposit that high!) I explained to him that I did not miss my first appointment, the office had scheduled it for the wrong day. I called the office and spoke to Rebecca and told her I would call my discount plan and ask for the payment fees schedule to be sent to her or me. She kept asking for an address to send the claim to but my discount plan had told her multiple times it was not required. I then forwarded the fee schedule to them and got a call from the office manager stating they were not in network with Carrington (discount plan) but they are. He stated before my appointment I would have to pay out of pocket for all fees. It is obvious this practice does not understand how a discount plan works, and needs to improve their customer service. After viewing the reviews on this practice I kept trying to give them the benefit of doubt but this is absurd. Will be reaching out to my discount plan and suggest they be removed from list of providers. IF YOU ARE USING A DISCOUNT PLAN DO NOT GO HERE."

"This is the best dental office I have ever been to from the sta this isthe best dental office I have ever been to! The staff was very helpful prior to my appointment. I had to make several changes. They were very attentive with keeping me posted on openings, and the staff inside when I met them were amazing from the minute I walked in. I highly recommend this place you feel comfortable you feel like you’re with family!!I am a chicken when it comes to dentists , and I let them know ahead and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and have a great experience. Keep up the great work.. see you soon!!!"
