"This location lost my husband’s prescription and proceeded to do do absolutely nothing about it. The service is abhorrent here, and our family will never get our prescriptions here again."

"Refuses to transfer a prescription that, according to new DEA laws implemented in August of 2023, can be transferred. Kroger’s computer system does not give the employee the capability to transfer these medications, according to the pharmacy employee, forcing the patient to co without their medication if Kroger cannot fill the prescription. Medication is back ordered, for how long I have no idea. These laws, to my understanding were implemented so that patients have more access to their medication. I would also think, my opinion, that because I’m disabled this might also be violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. All I know is I am being denied my medication because Kroger cannot fill it and withholds the capability for transfer while the pharmacy employees give misinformation S to why."

"I called the pharmacy three different times. First time, no one would answer for 21 minutes. I called again, the second time, no one would answer for over 14 minutes. The last and final call, was over 10 minutes. Still no answer. I drive there and go inside to see several employees laughing, leaning around while on their cell phone. Can someone please make this make sense of why no one can answer a patient's call? I will, NEVER, and I mean, NEVER do ANY kind of business with a company like this! I work too hard to be a treated like this. Especially when I'm a paying customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY OR STORE TO ANYONE!!!!!"

"Went inside where a sign showed open 8am - 8pm. However, they were closed for lunch with no signs letting you know when they would return. When I returned I stood at the drop off counter as no less than 4 associates looked right at me and said nothing. This is a management issue. The culture is horrible. Customers are MUCH more understanding when busy associates say, Thank you for choosing Kroger Pharmacy, we will be with you momentarily. This is a 2 week fix and it would fix morale and customer service. I do want to praise Michelle who rung me up. She was very helpful."
