"My daughter was moved to this location for orthodontics. We have been rescheduled more times than I can count and you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. And the answering service reps can't even get them to answer so how am I supposed to get the info I need when you can't ask the question? I make a 4 hour drive for these ortho appointments, don't waste my time!"

"It is a waste of time to book an appointment with these people they are very unprofessional. They always ask you to arrive to your appointment 30 minutes early than the time that you’re actually scheduled you’re still gonna be waiting two hours whether you’re on time or not on time the communication level is just not there. Timing is everything I wouldn’t suggest booking your child for a visit here because they would rather overbook and still have you waiting for two hours. This is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. Which has caused me to be late for my next available appointment that I already have scheduled prior to this visit The staff sit around and gossip all day, talking about the parents and their kids very highly unprofessional"

"So unprofessional, the hygienist here have ugly attitudes..treat people how you want to be treated!!!! The staff does not communicate and or knows the definition of communication… the worst place to take your child. Please do not come here!! They do not let you go back with your child in the room when they are performing a procedure. How weird is that … please stop letting our insurance companies pay these people.. they should not be in business .."

"Franklin Dental in Smyrna, Ga is awesome. I have a 6 year old granddaughter who was petrified of the dentist, but needed some dental work done. Dr. Christin Bryant, DA Zatisha Harris and the office manager, Ms. Shawn went above and beyond to comfort my granddaughter while completing her procedure. I would recommend this site to any parent who need that softness and kindness for their child. I’m so grateful to have worked with such a great team."
