"Walmart hires incompetent children at the Pharmacy. I gave the Pharmacy a great review until I went to get my prescription today the young lady that you drop off the prescriptions was TOTALLY stupid! If you can't find a Hispanic that SPEAKS ENGLISH FIRE THEM AND FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN speak the language."

"You can always expect the same results here...incompetence. This has GOT to be the worse pharmacy in Dalton. From getting someone else's script, to never being ready when you pick up. Despite never getting a text my script was ready, my app said filled two days prior. As expected, I show up at the counter and there are NO scripts under my name. Was told to go to next window, where I waited for a few minutes to be greeted by a scowl. He looked at my app on my phone, walked away and said "your prescription will be ready in five minutes". I don't know why I keep giving this pharmacy my business. I won't be after today. At this point, it's the definition of insanity."

"I understand that they can get busy, but to litterally never answer their phone or just pick it up to hang it right up is ridiculous. It's always this walmart pharmacy. I would definitely recommend people to switch to the one on Shugart Rd or just a different pharmacy in general."

"I was under the impression you could buy insulin at Walmart. I have no insurance and limited funds and wanted to the talk to the pharmacist about getting insulin that I have been prescribed in the past. He didn't want to discuss the different types of insulin and how they work. He did keep insinuating that I was talking to him some kind of way and repeatedly said he was just trying to have a conversation with me like I was being combative by explaining that I didn't have money to go to the doctor, pay for labs and buy insulin. I said I was sorry but I assumed a pharmacist could explain this product and how it works and he seemed very insulted and was very rude to me. I never raised my voice, never demanded anything. So, it is false that you can buy insulin from walmart without a prescription even if you have been prescribed insulin in the past. They still expect you to go spend more money to be seen and get a prescription from a doctor. So much for Health Kill in America."

"Went to get my prescription filled, and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I made sure to address the fact I would be waiting in my car. I come back inside to figure out my medicine, “will be there in 2 days.” Very unprofessional, and do not recommend if you are in a hurry. I was also informed I didn’t need my hard copy script. That they could fax/send it to my next choice of pharmacy. After arrival to my next pharmacy of choice, I was informed that I needed a hard copy of my script. I then had to return to Walmart and get my hard copy before I could get my script filled. My medicine was also about 3x the price at Walmart. Would really recommend pretty much any other place for pricing and wait time."
