Dr. K was also great and was efficient and thorough! As long as I live within the area, this will be my go to dentist office!"

"This is the second franchise-type/box store/chain dental office we’ve tried since changing from our previous dentist, who we loved but no longer accepted our insurance. What he did for part of regular visit, Sage Dental and other such franchises (we tested another previously) charges more for. So we cringe each time we have appointments, wondering what kind of aggressive suggestive selling we will be hit with this visit. Of course we can say we rejected the service and get the minimum. We appreciate the motivation to improve our teeth maintenance. But we will probably be looking yet again for an independent practice away from the box store (think fast-food on every corner) suggestive selling style that has become standard practice for these types of places we have tested. It’s unfortunate because they were super convenient to our home. I should add I never saw the dentist my second visit and was told he only checks my teeth once a year. And the main receptionist is always very gruff on the phone and sometimes in person. The first time we visited another Sage Dental office (in Roswell) we were waiting hours for our paperwork to be cleared. This location is closer to us, and since we were in the sytem already, it was quicker on our first and subsequent visit. But again, cringe having to call to check that all paperwork is ready for our appointment to avoid long waits on arrival."
