"This dentist office is a joke, but not the kind you laugh at. I came in October to have a filling done and I was worked on by a working interview as my hygienist (who ultimately did not get hired because of lack of experience) and Dentist(Hare) that had I know had the lack of experience and guidance he has I would have NEVER let work on me . Simple filling turned into a CRACKED TOOTH and months of pain so intense that I haven’t been able to eat on my side for months. That tuned into multiple visits and bite adjustments and eventually I got a crown with the idea that that would fix my pain. I had no idea what a crown was until it was happening because nothing was explained to me either ,so my surprise when my tooth was shaved down . Fast forward it did not eliminate the pain and I’m being met with the options of a root canal at my expense for the mistake of this office or live in pain and hope one day it magically goes away .When my original appointment was just for a filling I think that’s insane . Not only that ,after patronizing his business I was told by Mercke that he would not take any accountability for what was done at his office and that it’s not his fault that I had a cavity . He even went as far as to say that it’s not his problem because he’s not the one in pain. There’s medical professionals with integrity who go into practice for their patience and to be of service to the community and there’s medical professionals whose end all be all is a dollar sign and that’s evident which one you get at Olde mill. I’m not sure if it’s because I there on a friends and family discount that I was given minimal professionalism, poor bedside manner and lack of empathy ,but even at a discount I’ll never give another dollar to this business. Save your time money and patience because you’ll loose all three here ."
