"I do not recommend anybody who need braces to come here because they are unprofessional and they are very rude towards the patients. Today I had an appointment because of a wire that was poking me in my mouth and I sat in the waiting area for an hour just to have the wire be bent back into place thinking that they were going to take my braces off. This is very unprofessional and they need to get it together or hire new people. Go somewhere else for anything related to your mouth."

"If I could give this place a negative star I would, I was here with a patient that goes here will keep them anonymous. The staff is beyond what I would consider professional. The officer manager Vickie was extremely rude to her staff and extremely unprofessional in front of us, the patients. If the owners want to keep this place up and running I def suggest some new management the doctors are great but staff is trash. I’m sure this place of business would have more stars and more positive reviews if they actually got some major quality control in there!"

"Very rude person answering the phone. I asked to make my child an appointment and she automatically asks what's her medicaid id number, not even first asking if she is on medicaid. She was presumptuous and she didn't answer the phone like someone who wanted their job obviously. I asked her if Medicaid was the only insurance they accepted since she presumed that my child had a Medicaid id number. She then proceeded to ask well what does she have. Instead of apologizing firstly, very rude. She tried to blow off the point and while still asking me I told her "nevermind" and hung up. That is crazy. Management and the physicians need to do some serious retraining and attitude adjustments or hire people that know how to deal with people which is not always easy and actually want to work. I work in medical office settings so I understand that people get frustrated but for us to be potential new patients and that was the first interaction is terrible."

"This is one unorganized so called place of business. All of the employees are rude especially the front desk and whomever answers the phone. They never have enough staff and my daughter have missed months of appointments due to short staff.. they all tell you different things along with always canceling appointments and expect you to take off whenever they ready for you to be seen. They are the worst. I highly Do Not recommend this place for your kid’s orthodontics find someplace else. There are way better options out here. I have also removed my daughter from this unprofessional place of orthodontics & on top of that they do not care At all."

"My kids have been going here for years but the staff is rude and unprofessional. Every time a payment is discussed there is an attitude from the staff like they are anticipating you to not be able to pay. I’ve never NOT paid a balance or random broken bracket fee. Never been offered a discount when paying for two Ortho appointments on the same day including fees even when my total surpassed $400. There is no empathy towards parents and that’s fine but I will not tolerate being disrespected by unprofessional staff at any time of the day especially 8 in the morning. This place needs customer service etiquette."
