"I have never really had a problem with anyone until this evening and I called to ask a question about insurance. The woman was very rude and on the defensive side like I was accusing her of something. I just has a question and wanted to know what they had to say from their end since the doctor who wrote the prescription said something else about it. If I had gotten rude with her then I can understand the tone she got but I wasn't. I don't think I will be using them anymore."
"My favorite part about them by far is when you call for the curbside service and they hangup on you. While I was contagious and didn’t want to come in, the poor little old lady beside me couldn’t walk and needed y’all to bring her the prescription. The part of curbside for your elderly guests is because it can be difficult for them to get in and out of stores or walk that far. By the time I had gotten out of my car and picked up my prescription and made it back outside , this lady was still just attempting to get out of her car."
