"I really liked Dr. Hubbard during my first two visits. We had great conversations. But then her office called me and misgendered me. When I complained she refused to use technology or engage in training in order to be able to treat transgender and nonbinary clients with respect and dignity. At that time I cancelled my next appointment and told her that I was her ally but she was not mine and I would no longer do business with her. Today she called to see if I was coming to my prescheduled cleaning and misgendered me twice (in places where a pronoun or title was not even necessary). This was bullying. So not only is she transphobic, she is a bully."

She is very personable, caring and truly concerned for her patients wellbeing. She is the only dentist I will go to and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff.
