"AVOID THIS PLACE. I chipped my front tooth over 30 years ago, causing no damage to the tooth itself—it's a small chip in the bottom corner on the left side. The solution is simple: bonding. I scheduled an appointment, went through unnecessary evaluations (including X-rays, although they weren't needed), and had the bonding done. Unfortunately, less than a week later, the bonding fell off. When I called to address the issue, I was informed that the doctor who treated me was out for the rest of the year. They suggested I wait for their return, which would be in 2 and a half weeks or see another doctor. I asked if I would be charged to fix the bonding, which was the sole reason for my initial visit. The person I spoke to indicated that I would likely be charged if I opted for the fix with another doctor. It's disconcerting that this place was going to charge me for correcting something that wasn't done correctly in the first place by one of their team members. They insisted on a reevaluation to determine why the bonding failed, which would involve more unnecessary X-rays and additional charges. After some back and forth, the only concession they were willing to make was waiving the X-ray fee. In the end, the appointment was canceled by the office staff due to a lack of empathy."

"We are relatively new patients and are very impressed with Hickory Commons Dental Care. The facility from the waiting room to the dental care rooms and even the restrooms are very clean. What impressed me so much is that my daughter (who had never been seen by them) needed some dental work done ASAP but was only home from college 1 day and they were not only able to work her in, in a days notice but also take care of her issues. The receptionist Jessica, who helped us was very sweet and helpful. I also cannot thank Dr. Patel enough for her time, skill and kindness to my youngest daughter."
