"Going to him for over 38years and will keep going as long as he's still in business. Great people working there and they have always worked to keep my medication cost as low as possible. Biggest upside is how updated his testing equipment is . Just all around great Dr. Yes it's true the covid policy is strict but he serves alot of elderly patients so I can see why he kept protocols in place longer than most . I've never had issues with canceled appointments or being late and told to make new appointment .yes on occasion I've had to wait 30 min. to be seen but a couple times in last 5 years( I go in every 3 months also) isnt a big deal too me."

"So I went ahead and booked my appointment with the 2.5 stars and the negative reviews about the staff to see if that was really the case, and I can honestly say it was not. They were short staffed so it was a little longer of a visit, but the staff were all enjoyable to be around. Dr Audia was likable, thorough, and explained everything before and as he was doing it. Touching back on the thoroughness, I have only ever been to one other optometrist, but the care taken here exceeded what I had been used to in the past."

"So disappointing. Stopped what I was doing outside at noon to be there for appointment at 1:30 pm. Got there at 1:20. Finally got called back at 1:45. Say with a very unfriendly office person while she was on the computer for 10 minutes. Then she to me to follow her and we went down the hall and she said wait here and I will come back for you when we have an empty office No one at any time acknowledged me sitting there except for Dr Audia on his way by me. At 2:30 I ask to be rescheduled. No apologies. No nothing. Very unprofessional"
