We have been coming here for about two years now, and It is a pleasant experience every time we go. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely patient with the kids and parents. "I give them a 5 for the experience my daughter has had with her braces AND for their patience navigating an insurance disaster. Midway through my daughter’s treatment plan our employer switched dental coverage and although "work in progress" had been negotiated in the take over, the claim kept getting denied. Several months of frustration and a very detailed timeline of communication not only did we FINALLY get it figured out but the level of detail they were able to provide aided in a company decision to ditch this insurance provider and go back to the old provider. Thank you, Courtney for sticking with it through all of the frustration! Braces came off today and and she is all smiles! Thank you all!"
