"If I could rate West Georgia Endodontics at a 0, I would. Initially, everything was seemingly alright. I came in, had the x-rays taken and that went swimmingly. Before the procedure began, I notified the hygienist that I needed extra nitrous because I am harder to numb and have very sensitive gums. I also informed Dr. Green of this when he came in. Before the work began, Dr. Green inserted a block into my mouth to widen everything. He gave me three injections for pain blocking as well as some numbing cream. The third injection was done before I was fully numb and excruciatingly painful, so much so that it rendered me to tears. The nitrous was working some, but I was still feeling everything. Then, Dr. Green began work, even after I notified him I was still not fully numb. As he worked, he also left the suctioning tool in my mouth. He did not move it, use it, anything, and the buildup of saliva in my mouth and throat caused me to start gagging. When I tried to readjust the tool to get some reprieve, Dr. Green suddenly stood up and left the room. I was later informed that I had to take additional x-rays, even though the work had already begun. While Dr. Green was away, I asked the hygienist again for more nitrous because I was still feeling pain from Dr. Green's work. At this point, the hygienist admitted they had only slightly open up the gas and not much was coming my way. Dr. Green returned a short while later to resume his work. I'm still extremely uncomfortable at this point, and shortly, the gagging begins again due to saliva buildup. Once Dr. Green finishes, he abruptly stands up and walks out of the room, leaving the hygienist to kill the gas and for me to return to my normal, attentive state. After a few minutes, I'm starting to gather myself and Dr. Green returns, this time, brooding over me with his hands on his hips. He informed that I had both "dental anxiety" and "had caused he and his assistant a fit" due to my trying to adjust the suction tool. When I replied to him, saying that I did not have dental anxiety and that I was not numb enough for the procedure, that I still felt the pain of what he was doing, I was sharply told, "I know you were numb. you were completely numb. I know that for sure. if you felt anything, it was the bumping of the tool against your gums." I was about to really light into him when he dismissed me again to tell me that, "all I know is the procedure was done and done well. I'll call your doctor to let him know of my work." I cannot fully articulate how badly I do not, nor do I want anyone else, to go and give Dr. Green another cent of hard-earned money. He is egotistical. He is arrogant. He is condescending. He has less than no bedside manner. He does not listen to his patients, care about their needs, or anything of the sort. He is quick to judge and dismiss, shadowed only by his ability to compliment and brag on his own work. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Spend your money elsewhere."

"Earlier this month, November 2023, I went to West GA Endodontics for a root canal. The doctor, John O. Green, DDS & his assistant April, are highly professional & two of the nicest people. The experience was virtually painless! Dr. Green and April really put me at ease. The staff is very nice. I met a girl outside the office who happened to work there. She helped me in the parking lot. She gave me a great impression of herself, which is indicative of the people's he has working for him. Overall, my experience was ethereal; Dr. Green is very good at what he does. He's highly skilled. I was out of his office in no time. Thank you Doctor Green. Thank you April."
