"This is the worst office for pediatric dentistry and I would not recommend anyone to bring their children here. Not only is the dentist rude and extremely unprofessional, she shows no compassion towards her pediatric patients . Probably the most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered. I would advise if you care about your children to never bring them here. First and last time . They don’t deserve any stars only selected one so I could post it ."
"Horrible customer service now, at every appt it was always something with non clearance from the insurance 2 -3 months in advance, now they have to cancel my son's procedure because one dentist is out, well get another one, he's already dreading the procedure and now we have to go to another dentist and wait even longer, even though we schedule this 3 months ago. If you do not want great or even good customer service and non consistency then go, but if you care about your child oral health please don't!"
"This place has gotten too big. It used to be small and inviting and had one black female dentist who was awesome. Now, it’s too big. They take too many patients and wait is ridiculous. My appointment was at 8:00am. I waited in line 15 minutes to check in. And another hour to get teeth cleaned for my toddler."
"Not only have we already changed dentists, but now they’re refusing to accept that we cancelled our appointments after our last visit and will not be returning in an attempt to snatch an extra $50 from us, or insurance, who knows. On top of refusing to stop contacting after multiple confirmation of canceling all appointments, they allowed my for year olds teeth to rot for MONTHS while telling us it was unable to be worked on. Other family members with children who had the same starting cavities were offered silver flouride treatments (the first thing done and offered at our new dentist) to end the cavity in its tracks. We were told fillings and pulling the teeth would be the only option and that they didn’t want to treat anything until it caused pain, and then in our last check up were thrown a completely new dentist who had no prior notes or anything available on our daughter who had been seeing the practice for a year. We chose this dentist specifically because they verbally confirmed that parents were not only allowed but REQUIRED in the room during procedures like cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc. Upon being told my daughter needed caps on her front teeth (no other treatment or fillings done yet) I was then also told we were not allowed to be in the room at all. Anytime we called, getting an appointment was easy but it’s at least 2-3 hours of waiting around for everyone to see you, just for the dentists to have NO clue what’s happening. The worst part about all of it? The entire office is set up with gumball machines, at least 8-12 small surprises for the kids to get with their dentist coins… except they don’t give them to every kid. The last three appointments, nobody would give my child any coins and she left feeling like she was ‘misbehaved’ at the appointment (despite sitting still, quiet, and doing exactly as told) because at the first, they gave them to her at the end and told her they were only for the “good kids”. No toothbrush goodies, no stickers given. Watched one mom in the parking lot also dealing with an upset child because they ‘didn’t earn any prizes’. They don’t talk to the kids during cleaning, they don’t explain what’s happening to them. It’s just “open your mouth wider” and talking to the dental assistants, occasionally passing some information to the parent but never talking to the children, no matter what dentist we saw. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever."
