"Was on hold for 40 minutes 2 times and both times by the time i was the next caller I got hung up on."
"After being on hold for an hour and an 1/2 it started ringing and then got hung up on I've been using this pharmacy for over 13 years now they have gotten to busy to help and can be so hateful this is ridiculous over a hour on hold hung up on now on hold once again we will be changing pharmacy ASAP!"
"Since buying out Rite Aid from across the street, they have became absolutely terrible. It took over a month to get my husband's diabetic test strips. They did not even offer to transfer or call and see if someone else had it .they admitted that they are having to send people to other pharmacies because they don't have enough medicine to keep people's meds filled. They have really went downhill. Corporate has been called but doubt it'll do any good. Ready to switch, but the 24 hour convienience is why we stay. Disappointing."
"SEE EDIT BELOW: If you're going to get a Prescription from the Pharmacy - take a book to read. The lines are very long. Takes an eternity. EDIT: AND MORE IMPORTANTLY READ THE LABELS ON THE MED BOTTLES. I was given a refill (HA) of one of my meds. The pill didn't look different. I took them for a week and became so out of it that I fell down the stairs. I told my son something was definitely wrong with the prescription. He took it back to Walgreens and told the Pharmacist. The guy, without saying a word, grabbed the bottle, & within 10 minutes handed another bottle to my son. WITHOUT ONE WORD... I called my Doctor & told him I was a wreck. I told him what the meds were called - I still had the printed info sheet. Shall we talk about what happens when a pharmacy (?) gives you a strong psychotropic drug for Schizophrenia & you're normal??? I understand it was a mistake. I don't understand WHY the Pharmacist (?) didn't say anything to my son about what they did or why I was so messed up. If I got shot in Walgreens parking lot, I would go ALL the way to CVS for bandages."
