"I would’ve loved to make Mint Dentistry my new home for dental care. It has great reviews and I literally live a couple minutes. However, after waiting weeks for the appointment and confirming it MULTIPLE TIMES, they texted/called the day before saying my appointment was cancelled because they did not have enough staff. Next appointment wasn’t for another 2 weeks away. Unfortunately, I refuse to let their poor planning be my problem and they lost my trust. I will take my business elsewhere."

"I had a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of calling as a first-time patient, which is almost unheard of! Amazing service. Friendly and professional staff. Received one of the most thorough teeth cleanings ever by Khadijah. Tia was also very knowledgeable. Dr. Johnson had a great bedside manner. Definitely will be back."

"Today I had an appointment at 8am, and I arrived at 7:50 am and I was greeted, nice job. I provided my insurance and Identification. After waiting 45 minutes I asked the clerk was there an issue and she advised me, the team in Texas has to verify my insurance and they are an hour behind. I as the consumer can careless about the company issues and process at least communicate. I find it amazing how I had to initiate the concern about my time. I am not sure if this is starting off right. I may need to go back to my previous dentistry."
