"We were celebrating birthday and 55th anniversary. I was very surprised by the whole experience. You certainly can't tell a book by its cover. But if you have a special event, as it isn't easy on the wallet, this would be a great place to enjoy that event."

"Really great food across from Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. The calamari was very good. The half shell oysters weren't that good though. The Ocean Platter was good. The scallops were really good. Prices were reasonable and they have military discount. Overall, great experience."

"First time here, on one of the busiest days in St. Augustine between Christmas and New Year. It was a 30-minute wait at 4pm without a reservation, so we opted to check out the bar and managed to get two seats. The service was prompt but a little hurried because it was so busy. I ordered a Bourbon and Berries cocktail and the steak salad. The drink came relatively quickly but the meal took a while. When it finally arrived, it was excellent! The steak was very tasty and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The garlic vinaigrette dressing was very flavorful and went well with the steak. The bourbon drink was sweet and tart, and I saved some for dessert. There are two unisex single-stall restrooms near the hostess area by the main entrance and the line was long. But there was another set of restrooms, men's and women's, outdoors on the patio, which I ended up at and there was no wait. It was actually closer to where we were sitting at the bar than the ones in the front. There were two more floors of dining and bars, including a rooftop bar, but we didn't go upstairs to check it out. Next time...."

"Great Restaurant! I was finally able to drop in and try it and I was glad I did. Wait time for the Friday after Thanksgiving was seemingly quick I called ahead they told me wait time for 4 was 15min. No over the phone reservations could be taken, so once we arrived they put our name on the waitlist. Wasn't long until we were seated. Once seated water was brought out, and our drink orders were taken. Shortly after. Food was hot, fresh, tasty! Definitely will be back everything was so tasty. Inside is lovely there are 3 floors and elevator, along with stairs. We sat on the second floor, and the view was beautiful. If you are visiting St. Augustine definitely give them a shot."

"After much research, I decided on this restaurant for our 23rd anniversary dinner, mostly based on its awesome location. We soon discovered that the location was only a small part of an incredible dining experience. The food was delicious...the deviled eggs with caviar were awesome, and I am definitely not a caviar guy, but they were really good. The New York Sirloin stuffed with shrimp stole the show though. Perfectly cooked with a tender, juicy consistency highlighted by a mouth-watering seasoned butter...no joke, easily in the top 5 steaks I have ever had. Ultimately though, what compelled me to write this review was the absolutely superior service we received from our waitress, Cat! She exceeded our expectations consistently throughout the meal and my wife and I can't thank her enough for making our 23rd anniversary dinner one we will never forget. Thank you so much for the great conversation, your helpful recommendations, and your sincere kindness towards us. Strongly recommend this restaurant!"
