"Many of these reviews are old and should not even be on here. I have had dentures made at several offices and this is the very first time the DENTIST herself has ever been hands. Dr. Wise and her assistant are awesome. Yes it takes a little longer but there are only 2 people in the office. There is no male dr as I have read in these reviews and I can't even imagine Dr Wise or Marilyn being rude or inconsiderate!"

"Not one to normally leave terrible reviews/complain because I’m honestly not that person. But my experience with this dentist has by far been the worst. Attitude wise and her nonexistent attempt at making my situation better but have her assistant literally do everything (and I mean everything) but painfully numb the area and extract the root tip, which I still partially have in my infected gum. She made no effort to make me feel comfortable and doesn’t listen to the needs of her patients."

"Dr Karen Wise is one of the the best, most professional caring and experienced dentist that I've ever seen.I started bringing my son to her dentist office when he was in the eighth grade.He's 31yrs old now.I've also had all kind of dental work done myself without any complications. Everything from root canal to dental implant,and a very professional staff.Also I've bought and recommended friends and family who have seen Dr Wise.They all were very pleased as well.My son who's 45yrs old.Lives in Fla.choses to travel all the way from Fla.to Dr Wise's Dental Clinic,said that he had the best dental experience ever,and he's not interested in going to any other dentist at this time and will highly recommend her."

"Wow! After reading the negative reviews I was a little leary about visiting this office, but I did because I couldn't find any other dentist the took my plan. During my visit I observed how much her patients loved her, I mean patient after patient leaving the office while I was there in the waiting room left complimenting her and the service she provided. I waited longer than I wanted to but after meeting Dr. Wise, I'm glad I came to her office. She explained everything to me and her staff was very nice too. Not sure what office these people went to that left those negative reviews......but my experience was nothing like that. I would recommend Dr. Wise to my family and friends. ."

"Consider this a ZERO STAR review. Karen P. Wise was absolutely, without a doubt, the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with a dentist in my life. I waited over 40 minutes alone in a room before going to the front desk to see what was taking so long. Karen Wise then appears magically and tells me all about my teeth and what I need to do without even looking at them or the x-rays. When I questioned her judgement, she immediately got an attitude, gave me dirty looks, and said to me in a berating tone, "I'm the one who went to Dental school, not you!" Maintaining professional composure, I then asked her to simply check my teeth before making judgement, and that's when she said, "Well you can find another dentist!" before storming out of the room. The hygienist and front desk staff were totally embarrassed. Before I could get out the door she came back and told me I needed to quit acting like I have a dental degree. She clearly has an ego problem. I will never return to this place and have filed a formal complaints. I'm writing this in hopes of saving others from wasting any of their time on Karen Wise. After returning home, I found that she has many horrendous reviews I should have read prior to my visit. Lesson learned. ps - Beware of fake 5-star reviews like the one from jackie thomason."
