"It is hard to keep up with policy changes. There was a sign on the door stating visitors could come in with patients as long as you had a mask. My boyfriend is a patient and I was walking in to his appointment with him. I was sent away! I also saw others going in with other patients and not being sent out!. It should be the same for everyone!! The staff is disrespectful."
