"My first appointment was on 11/29/23 at Palmetto Family Dental. The office is fantastic. The entire team is professional and courteous. My first experience with the front desk team (Laura, Maggie, Sherly) - from scheduling an appointment to asking billing questions confirmed the team worked well together but was able to explain my benefits and encourage me to contact them as needed to address concerns. I was there to get a crown and Anita (you are great)! Anita confirmed my scheduled services, talked me through the process, asked if I was okay, and ensured that I was comfortable. Now, Dr. Cook, as with the team, was kind, professional, and attentive when meeting with me. She asked me what I would like done, but most importantly, she shared a plethora of dental options and the process of each option. On 12/4/23, I went for a cleaning, and Hayley was the hygienist! Again, Hayley did not fail; she was professional, confirmed the expected services, and talked me through the process. Overall, this is one of the best experiences I have had in any dental office, and I have worldwide. If you are nervous about dental services, this could likely be the office for you; contact this office and check it out yourself. This office/team is a 5+."
