"Got referred here by another physician around Dec 17th 2023. My first appt got scheduled for Jan 25th @10 am. Office called and canceled the day before this appt. My 2nd appt was scheduled for Feb 15th at 915am(tomorrow), when I called to confirm my said appt for the the Feb15th..@2pm today. The receptionist told me she was just about to call me...to reschedule for the second time. I continued to tell the receptionist about my foot pain due to hammer toe and if anyone's ever had this foot disorder, then you know what I've been dealing with. I've had now for over Six months and 3months of those I've had appts that's ALWAYS RESCHEDULED. SO I asked if there was anyway I could have an appt for the beginning of next WK due my pain level. Mind you this would've been cancelling n rescheduling for the 3rd time now. All the appts for next week had been taken sadly. There was nothing she could do until the 26th. It's all so frustrating n discouraging to say the least. I will not be rescheduling due to it more than likely being rescheduled again for the fourth time n I don't need anymore disappointments in my life right now. I'll continue to deal with the foot pain until I can't take it anymore, and then I'll schedule a foot appt with someone else. Respectfully, DISAPPOINTED!"

"Email said appointment was at 2:15 got there at 2:10, they were 3 patients came into office after I had signed in one at 2:30 one at 2:40 and one made an appointment while I was waiting and they all got called back to see a doctor, finally at 3'15 I have up and had to leave."
