"Dr. Deweese is amazing! His staff is very polite and very helpful., they have really helped me to get my health back on track."
"Both the Dr. And the staff are amazing."
"My husband and I went to the Hope for Tomorrow rehab center and they took us up to bend area clinic and we thought they were actually very nice the nurse guy came outside and did our nasal swab thing for our covid testing and a couple days later they ended up coming to that rehab center and saying that we had covid was positive and we were sent home from the rehab facility when we had a overall great experience with them they also have an online portal that's pea valley.org where you can get all your information and etc......"
"I thought Dr. Lieving was great until I started having pain in my shoulder and arm and only had partial use of it. Called three times and the receptionist kept telling me that they would call me back and let me know as soon as he told them what I should do. Kept telling me he still hadn't said anything. A month later I had some weak fainting spells. I explained to her how my grandaughter had found me in the kitchen floor. I was conscious but so weak that when she got my husband awake and he tried to help me up I begged him to leave me there. When he tried to pick me up twice I started throwing up. I have Graves disease so of course that was my first thought. I called again because I figured hed better check my thyroid. This time she said she would set me up an appt with Dr. Lieving but it would be another 3 weeks before they could get me in. I asked why they haven't called me back on the shoulder thing she said hum... Looks like he just cancelled that out. I asked her what that meant, she said she didnt know. I again said I dont understand, does that mean he doesnt think it's important or he just doesnt wanna see me? She said, "I really couldn't tell ya Hun." Finally 2 months have gone by and I show up for my appt. They take me back and ask me how I'm doing and i start telling her. She tells me that I'm just there for my pre-OP clearance. I said as in surgery, she said yes. I told her she must have me mixed up with another patient. I have no surgery scheduled and haven't seen doctor since beginning of winter. She goes to check, comes back, shuts the door and says that my appt is not with Dr. Lieving but with the nurse practitioner for preop clearance. I tell her no. I am not scheduled for a surgery. She tells me that's what the computer says. I ask what kind of surgery it tells her I'm supposed to be having and she says that it doesnt give that info. I waited two months for that appt. and I made it myself so I know that was wrong. I asked what I am supposed to do now because I've been waiting 2 months and I have auto immune disease and I dont have full use of my left arm and she said she didnt know. I asked if Dr. Lieving was there and said i wanted to speak to him. She said he was there but all booked up. I got upset and kept asking what I should do. Finally, i told her and then the receptionist I had waited two months for that appt and I am not paying for the visit because I did not get to see my dr. And that they could just tell him he's fired! I still dont understand what's going on. Wonder if he knows I have been treated this way or if he just doesnt want me for a patient. Either this doctor doesnt care about his patients or his staff is incompetant!"
"The doctor is amazing but the staff acts like it’s an inconvenience to help you. I’ve called refills in multiple times only to have to continuously call back because they never did it. I’ve been hung up on. They don’t answer sometimes and then when I block my number or call from my work number they answer. If you work with the public, personal skills should be a must. For such an amazing doctor and people person, the staff under him is very poor."
