"This is for the staff of Dr. Reed at Hopewell. One of your patients had an appointment with you early this morning, July, 27. He came in late and told you that he had driven way past the place, twice, because he was confused and disoriented. You know he is diabetic, but instead of checking his sugar to see if that was his problem, you sent him away with a new appointment. He was still disoriented and instead of driving home, he made a mistake and drove for miles in the opposite direction. You are a medical facility and should take notice when a diabetic patient tells you they are confused or disoriented. Luckily he pulled off at a station and ate station food to raise his sugar. If he hadn't of he could have killed somebody going home. It was his fault his sugar dropped because he took meds without eating first, but he had to have blood work done and couldn't eat. It was your mistake for not taking him serious when he told you he was confused."
