"I love my son's doctor and the nurses in the back but the receptionists up front are rude. My son is having health issues and the people up front said they wouldn't check me in until I put a mask on. I guess a masks are more important than my son's health. This mask mandate nonsense has to stop!!!"

"Dr hendershot is a great doctor, the receptionist is great as well and I have had no problems with the diagnostic center, however the staff here is lacking. Third occasion that my prescriptions have not been called in after a visit. I hear patients come in and complain about the same thing every visit. Yesterday I called because they weren't called in they said end of day. Then this morning they still were not. When i called to check they told me my insurance had to preapprove a prescription that I hadnt even been prescribed. They confused me with someone else even after I identified myself with my name and birthdate. The doctor wasn't in and they said they would contact him, but never did. Its Friday now I have had a migraine that won't go away for 3 months been through brain scans, etc. Finally trying a new migraine medicine and a regular prescription now I have to wait all weekend for some possible relief Monday maybe if they fix the problem."

"This doctor is the biggest quack I have ever been introduced to.The nurse Amy dont know how to even schedule blood work.They scared us to death saying there was a tear in my husband intestines. And all he had was a virus.Prescribed antibiotics for no reason besides a high white blood cell count.Of course it was high his body was fighting a virus!Ran us too 4 pharmacys for a prescription that wasnt needed.It took 3 calls and 2 trips to his office for bloodwork in a lab next door!!STEER CLEAR IF YOU DON'T WANT MISDIAGNOSED!STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE UNNECESSARY MEDICATIONS!FIND ANOTHER MEDICAL FACILITY IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO RUN TO APPOINTMENTS FOR TESTS THAT THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SCHEDULED!!GREAT EXAMPLE OF OBAMA CARES NOT!!"
