"The first thing we noticed was a member of staff in black scrubs wearing open toed sandals, highly inappropriate for a medical practice. My husband made an appointment for a second opinion and when the doctor came in he said,” why are you here?”as if he was being inconvenienced. is this how you address all new patients ?Well why did we fill that paperwork out to explain why he wanted to see him. He acted like he could really care less why we were there, or if he even cared to treat him as a patient. If you have enough patients in your practice to cover yourself then why take new patients? He had a very flippant attitude. He will not be a patient here."

"The doctor and X-ray techs were great. The wait time in the lobby was long and hard with a toddler. I wish the facility seemed a bit more kid friendly or at least a kid section while we wait. As for patient care the doctor saw us in the room quickly and did good answering any questions or concerns."
