"I came in today with excruciating pain with one of my teeth . I didn’t get there until about 1230 as a walk in, non client. They got me in with a small wait time. They saw me and the doctor did a quick exam. He recommended a tooth pull or route canal. They didn’t do it same day which I would have preferred because it hurts a lot. I also got there kinda late and they were closing at 3 being it was Saturday so I understand. Otherwise, they were super nice and understanding and got me some antibiotics. Great staff."

"Very terrified of dentist due to past experience but the last time they pulled teeth they were okay went in last year and was given a very outrageous price to fix everything Let me tell you I went back today and that was by far the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was very understanding about my anxiety and nervousness when we went over treatment I was given a price that I could afford I was so shocked I almost started crying the receptionist was doing her best to calm me down went over it multiple times because I was so shocked. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!"

"I had an awesome experience with Aspen dental 2 days ago. I saw several people there. And each one of them took the time to make sure that I understood what was going on and what they would do. And they seem to go out of their way to take care of me. I was thoroughly satisfied."

"I put a 1 star because I had to in order to make this review. My husband and I are completely disgusted with the way things were handled at this office. To begin with nothing was done and we had to go for a second opinion somewhere else. When my husband went for an emergency appointment with tooth pain, the only solution he was given was to remove all his teeth and get full dentures at the cost of $12,000. When we said we were not doing that, the second option was to remove all the teeth on the left side of the face because the dentist could not determine what tooth was causing him pain. We left with nothing done to alleviate the pain and they were supposed to call in a prescription for an antibiotic and mouthwash, which they never did! Since it was a holiday weekend, my husband went four days with continued pain. When I called them the next day they opened (the four days later) we were told it would take 2-4 weeks for them to email me the x-rays they took. But yet, when I called corporate they managed to send them to me within the hour. This office has no consideration for patients in pain unless you plan to spend thousands of dollars with them. Messages are left and they don't call back. Just awful customer service!"

"They were wonderful! I got seen, and had my tooth extracted the same day. It was the best possible outcome for my situation! I’m so happy they were there. The entire staff was wonderful. The doctor was very gentle. They took the time to explain everything, and made a plan just for me! I wouldn’t go anywhere else."
