Reviews
"Unprofessional people who do what they want. This is a fly by night job compared to other places to work with lots of morals. These people to me were mean and not professional. If you are not a favorite workaholic of theirs you are on the bad list. My experience is like the previous comment they do not coach you instead of doing that my experience is they tell you once and then you may be canned, kid you not even not a action plan to help"
"They seem to delete a lot of bad reviews on here, unfortunately they can't get rid of how many stars they still have. This is not a good company to work for unless you can be a robot, if you don't mind being treated like a number, and ignoring your breaks and lunch as well working over while being clocked out to meet your goals. The bonuses are only realistic for people who do things other than make calls to increase their numbers. No one here cares how well you do and they don't actually come up with action plants to help you grow. Once you have one bad day, you're marked for the whole time you work here. They talk to you differently, and treat you differently. Not a good place to work at but they try to convince you otherwise."
"At first I was looking forward to working here, it's mostly women where I was so I thought to myself "I'll be in an empathetic and motivating environment" the training process seemed fine, a lot of different people doing different portions. Some looked like they wanted to be there and some didn't, some didn't teach me anything and others taught me a lot. The beginning training covered so much from every department that I wasn't sure what my actual job was going to be, then once that part was over my entire training group was put in other departments and retrained in those departments and the curriculum wasnt that good. We had training in staying positive and convincing ourself to work hard in an unappreciated enviroment which sounded like we were getting brainwashed then act like they want it for you but they just want it so you dont think you can come to them for greivances and just bury hating your job then convince others to do the same. The total loss trainer is an excellent person, willing to teach and listen but she seemed used and abused and no one cared, they just compliment her and think however they treat her is fine just because of a compliment. Managment just seems like they do things however they want and there's no real organization nor direction you just do what they like. They say you can ask questions but treat you differently when you do. They say things like "we don't micromanage" but that's like saying "I'm a good person" because usually people who say that aren't. They don't care how accurate you are or if you mess up just as long as your numbers are good which shows me they just care about money not the quality of their work which also shows their customers dont matter to them, which speaks huge volumes on the higher ups especially on Adam, your company is ran in reflection of who you are. Don't work here if you want to avoid fake people who don't see you as a person just something they can try out and get rid of like a shoe, they want robots not people."
"I’ve worked here for 9 months and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. The supervisors are amazing, patient and kind. The training was the most thorough I’ve ever had. My questions are always welcomed and answered. There is always something new to learn. They created a very safe space to work where everyone is comfortable. My whole department is awesome. 10/10."
"I cannot speak to the previous negative reviews. I chose to continue with the interview process despite them. I am glad I did. The training is in depth and informative. The team atmosphere is amazing. Working from home can sometimes make it feel like you are alone. Every member of the team has been there to support me during the time I have been employed. Yes, one of the focuses is on metrics, which is not unreasonable or unheard of. The levels set are within reach but aimed to push you. The training sets you up to be able to reach and even exceed the set metrics. I am so thankful I found this job and this team."
