"I had my original dental work done at this office back in 2012 and was pleased with the service. I went for a repair today and waited for an hour without ever being seen. I eventually had to leave. I called to reschedule, requested the earliest available appointment so that I could make it to work on time and was told that it would be an hour wait at minimum for any appointment due to the number of patients being seen. I questioned why and the response was "that's just the way it is" I will be taking my business elsewhere."
