"The communication was not at all what was expected. Was at court calling the law office because I still hadn't had contact with my lawyer, turns out not only was he in the same court room and I didn't know it, but he made no effort to come speak about any details of the case. We were left in the dark for much of the case and I feel if they would have taken a more hands on approach it would have been a different outcome. I feel like I received the same services I would have from a public defender and that there was no interest in knowing the person they were representing. It was a quick, relatively easy gain of money for them."

Did not go out of their way to communicate with me, had to look up a lot of things myself, and only reached out to me the day before my court date, leaving me in the dark before that. I will say that they answered my calls and questions whenever I contacted them, but they did not ever had specific answers. I also felt like they didn't do anything they said they would to try to get my case dismissed before I hired them, just showed up on my court date and that's it. Would give 3 stars but I was expecting better service since I was paying them DOUBLE what other firms had quoted me for my simple case."
