I did not hear which elevator she instructed me to go to so asked her to repeat it. She then nastily asked me "what's wrong w/you, can you not hear me?!" I was mortified. I wear an assistive aid my ear, so no, I could not hear her. I'm struggling to understand why such a well known firm would hire someone so antagonistic to be the face of first impressions?"
