"I wish I didnt have to give any stars! ZERO star establishment! When there is a monopoly in a town; the business can do/say what they want. Talking to the employee (older, short hair) was like talking to a wall. She was RUDE and WRONG. It's sad that they will stay in business because they are the only bowling alley in Albany, GA! Customer service isn't a priority here and its sad. Just do right by people. Life isnt promised. Especially when people are paying for a service/entertainment."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! The lady with the short blonde hair is very rude. While assisting us she was huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes like we was bothering her. She did the exact same thing to the family behind us. As soon as a white couple came in that looked like regulars(how their conversation was going) she treated them with respect and kindness. I would not recommend this place to no one!"

"The best family entertainment! Our group enjoyed a bowling party at Albany Strikers Bowling Alley. The food and drinks were great too! The ladies who helped us were very friendly and sweet. Nice place and the computers did all the score keeping for us. I would highly recommend!"

"My fiance was wanting to bowl this evening as part of date night.. This was first time either of us had been here- it was clean, had upbeat music in the background,.. wasn't too crowded at 5-7p. There are specials going on at various times & days to bring in different types of ppl. Great place to bring the kids for clean fun! Definitely will be back soon!!"
