Reviews of Ingram Dental Clinic
"I had the worst experience in my Life today (2/6/24) at Ingram Dental. (Previously, I have sang his praises, refered people to him, I even sent my Own mother to him) Today I went in to have some teeth extracted and normally he is very patient and works with me because I have a horrible fear and anxiety of dentist. Well it started out like always X-rays, numbing gel, shots... First tooth came out fine second and third was a little bit painful I had to have extra numbing. Then it came to the last 2 I was having removed I was consistently telling him I could feel it and it was hurting, he kept telling me I didn't feel anything all I was feeling was pressure, by this time I was crying hysterically and screaming from the pain. He stopped put in another shot but wasn't gentle with it at all and being rude and hateful telling me it's all my fault I waited. I tried to explain that I just got dental insurance and the reason I hadn't already had it done was because I couldn't afford it plus the meds that he said I should have gotten to calm/sedate me... and he flat out told me he didn't want to talk to me. He eventually got the 4th tooth out and made it to the last one and by this time he was being very very ugly and impatient... yes I was upset, crying hurting and my anxiety was through the roof... And of course I could feel pain, I was literally hollering/moaning on that one as well. He gave me 2 more shots I could feel and he was constantly saying I couldn't... It felt as if he was coming through the bottom of my jaw. I told him that and he said that's what it's supposed to do so at that point I felt as if he purposely was hurting me. While he waited on it to numb he was talking about my next appointment I needed to have some cavities filled, a get a cleaning and more X-rays, he was digging in my cavities and counting them ECT and the next thing I knew he wanted me to lean my head back and I opened my eyes and he had a drill. The sound sends me over the edge like they would have had to call an ambulance because I would have freaked out like panick attack, heart rate goes through the roof, blood pressure and oxygen drop like I come as close to dying as I believe I could without actually dying.) I said you're not drilling he slaps my hand away and says hand on your stomach, he then proceeded to come back towards my mouth with the drill and I reached and grabbed his hand while trying to climb out of the chair and crying i said "please don't drill" he said "now you're irritating me" I told him right then I'm leaving He said "no you're not I have the tooth half way out" i tried to explain that he didnt understand and he said yes i do you wont feel it im just going to drill a whole in it so the med can get into it" I said "no you don't" i asked him to give me a min so i could calm down, catch my breath, wipe my eyes, face, nose... The nurse went around to grab me a tissue and he said I got it... he ended up using the suction thing and sticking it up in my nose and sucked the snot out and then he just reached in and pulled it while I still could feel it. I told him I'd never be back he said "I don't care what you do". The only thing that I can say good about the whole ordeal is the nurse Christie was amazing, very kind, patient, and gentle with me."
"The entire staff is amazing. Extremely compassionate and caring! Dr. Ingram is knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. 4 generations of my family have been using Dr. Ingram and drive out of state just to use him after trying to use local dentists it just was not the same care and quality service as Dr. Ingram and their amazing staff including Felicia!!!"
"My name is Jesse T. and I've never been to any other dentist, and hope to never have to. Dr. Ingram is extremely kind and Very good at what he does. The staff is excellent. I wish I could get in today, I need a visit, but will call back during operating hrs."
"I used Ingram Dental Clinic 20 years ago and I just received a past due bill. I have not received a bill in 20 years and now they are saying I owe. I called the office and spoke with Mrs. Ingram and she could not give me a direct answer. She said that a collection agency was trying to collect for them. The bill did not come from a collection agency but directly from their office. She told me I could come in and take care of the bill. I told her that I have not receive anything for 20 years and she said something may be wrong with their computers. She said she did not know what to tell me and hung up on me. I tried to call back several times and no one would answer and you can not leave a voicemail. This is all very fishy! Please be aware of this!!"
