"I give 2 stars mainly for their knowledge. They are not someone I recommend though. Never heard of a place that does not do cleaning as a new patient but only x-rays only and other observations then schedule cleaning for later. I mainly came here since my insurance is taken by them with intention of getting a clean up my first visit. The second thing is what made me not so much willing to go back is how I was approached by the leader of the office. I generally have a bad gag reflex and do know that so I apologized in advance and was wanting to help so we can get my x-rays. Instead of being patient with me the team member got his leader to get on to me that I need to cooperate so we can get the x-rays. That threw me aback because I was not sure that was what he was doing and I sat there for five minutes confused what was going on until he brought her and she started getting on to me about not doing what I am supposed to do. When she proceeded to help a couple of times I did gag and she seemed frustrated with me even though I constantly apologized and was trying. After all of that they begin to explain what I have that needs work on. This was fine. They then seemed rush to get me an appointment for these things which I get to get things done that need to get done. The whole atmosphere just felt they were just caring of making the next buck from the customer and send them off. I think my initial option should have been to pick a local family dentistry where they are more connected to their patients and don’t come out as cold. Not one wants that when dealing with health related stuff."

"They are terrible. Ripped chairs in lobby. Late calling patient back for appointment. My gums are in good shape after having basic cleanings for last 12 years(which is covered 100% by my insurance) and because 12 years ago I had gum disease and have slightly recending gums from that brief time, the doctor would ONLY ok deeper cleaning of my gums(which is only covered 60% by my insurance). NO common sense logics or present observation of condition or listening to needs of patient!!"

"My experience with Aspen Dental has been quite a rollercoaster. Initially, there was a hiccup with my insurance information, leading to a frustrating rescheduling process. However, the team managed to resolve the issue when I contacted them in advance of my first appointment. During the evaluation and X-rays, the staff was courteous, and things seemed promising. The real letdown came on my scheduled cleaning day. Despite confirming my appointment two days prior, they claimed I didn't have one when I arrived. Unfortunately, due to a fully booked schedule, they couldn't accommodate me. It's disheartening when a simple scheduling error results in a waste of time. Inconsistencies in appointment management need attention for a smoother patient experience."

"The staff is pleasant and nice. They made an effort to get my appnt close together. The dental hygienist I saw is awesome! Expect to have a consult then schedule a cleaning and whatever else you may need done. I don’t mind this approach. The lady who explained my dental benefits was great too! The dentist was nice as well and kind."
