"Seen these gentlemen on tv several times and watched the whole spill about how they care for veterans in the community. One day I was in Cleveland and found this place by accident. Thought I would go in and see what they had to offer. IMMEDIATELY felt an elephant in the room and unwelcome. Receptionist told me that anything they do for veterans is only for veterans in the Cleveland community. Despicable comment. I found it offensive. A veteran is a veteran so maybe you were saying I wasn't welcome. That along with the weird stares by the staff was enough to let me know to steer clear. Never went back."
