"I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years. I contacted them yesterday as I’ve broken a tooth and it’s causing me pain. I was told they couldn’t get me in for a week. The pain has worsened today and i reached out again for help. I was told no way to get me in to help me. So I’ve worked a 13 hour day today in misery and swelling in my jaw has begun. I contacted another dentist and they will get me in at 7 AM on Thursday to help me. When I messaged this office back the response I got back was No Worries! I don’t know what happened to this practice but I will have no worries when I make future appointments with another dentist. Quick tip you may think you have all the patients you need now l, but with service like this it won’t last long."
