"Ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's memorial service. What was delivered was nothing like the advertised picture....different plain Jane, cheap looking vase; flowers were not the color ordered. Called Barths about the arrangement and was told to look at the disclaimer. Poor service. Will not order from them ever again! Flowers delivered from other florists were so nice compared to what was received from Barths."

"I was very displeased with this florist. I was called and told that the arrangement I choose online was unavailable and in fact "they never have that one". They did inform me they would substitute with an equal arrangement. I went to the funeral and the arrangement they substituted with was deplorable! I originally wanted pink miniature rose bushes. They sent a small planter and stuck 5 cut red roses in it. I spent $77 for garbage! If I could give 0 stars I would!"
