"I’m filing a complaint with wvbop this is the third time that you guys have closed down randomly without being able to transfer my prescription to another cvs because it’s a controlled substance and you guys already refilled it and it’s just setting at your location. When I went to another cvs they were not even notified that you guys decided to not show up for work. Between this as an ongoing issue and the male pharmacist who lied to me last month I have no choice but to report this to the Board. Maybe they can get some reliable pharmacist from the other cvs nearby to actually do your job. The fact that other locations nearby were unaware of this location being closed randomly today is uncalled. Not being able to pick up my prescriptions when the pharmacy is supposed to be opened is awful for so many customers in the area."

"I was not able to pick up my prescription because a member of the pharmacy said it wasn't ready and they were going to lunch. But, she never checked the packages to see and I received a message that it was ready by the time I got to the door. Unfortunately, the window was closed when I walked back."
