"I was satisfied from my visit for a biannual cleaning which my insurance provider allows with 100% coverage, however when I received the bill in the mail only 80% of the normal cleaning vist was covered due to the dental hygienist charging me for an extra deep cleaning without notify me that she was going to be doing this. I called to try to work something out on the bill but they would not budge. My first visit and my last."
