"Shaw came recommended to me from a friend who does work for them. Before I could get a cleaning scheduled I had an older crown fall off so I gave them a call. It took a couple weeks just to get an appointment set up because they kept wanting to "work me in" instead of making an appointment. Once I got in, they glued the crown back in and were talking about maybe replacing it if it did not stay. The crown had been in my head for over six years, not sure why it wouldn't stay. They did not use the same adhesive used by most dentist, that adhesive that requires the special light to harden. It was just glue it and keep pressure for a few minutes. Well, that lasted only three days. The crown fell back out again. I called them to set up to have the crown put back in but they would not make an appointment for me. Again, they wanted to "work me in". For six weeks they were trying to "work me in" and they could had made an appointment and had me in much sooner than that. No need for an appointment now, I ended up swallowing the crown. Now I have a choice of purchasing a new zirconia crown or keep an eye on my poop, find it, and sterilize it. It's been a battle doing business with these people. After reading reviews, I see there's another person with a crown that fell out that had appointment issues. This is looking like there may be a pattern at this place."
