Great dentist, nothing but great things to say about him. “office manager”- she ONLY manages to do is run great staff away & she doesn’t handle accounts at all, patients are calling the law on her, looks like she just wants his business to fail. Tammy is the drama! Sad, Hope he gets away from her soon! Steer clear of this place!!"
"- - - This rating is current as of November 3, 2022 - - - Dentist: I really used to love this practice and recommended it to everyone. Dr. Calloway, in my opinion is the best dentist in the area, hands down. Kind, friendly and honest. Very knowledgeable and even willing to learn new procedures. One thing I like is he's not pushy and is very gentle. He does his job really well and is caring. Dr. Calloway is an absolute 5+! Staff: Unfortunately, that doesn't carry over to everyone in his staff. Over the years the staff service has decreased. I can't totally fault him, but his staff has been hit and miss over the years. Also, if you call for an appointment, don't expect a return call without having to call multiple times. Billing: One area that's totally lacking is the billing department. I have called and called for questions on a bill, for well over a year, and have yet to hear back from them. You can't even go in anymore and speak to someone because of "covid". How 2020! Covid: With the truth out and the real science truth out, why are they still making patients wait at the door and only allow them in one at a time? Why do you have to wear a mask to and from the rooms? Especially in Georgia! Dr. Calloway needs to end this. I read one of the other ratings where someone also called and called with no return calls, and that person said, "...and after her visit they charged her $27 for Covid precautions on visit back in November... " I didn't even know they were doing that. How many times was I charged for that without being told? I want to rate Calloway a "5", but I want to rate everything else a "0", But I can't. Therefore, until these things are addressed, I'm going with a "2". I hate that the best dentist in the area can only get a 2 rating! I hope Dr. Calloway and/or Lisa read these posts. "I have a fear of dentists as does my mother. We love Dr Calloway and his staff. That said my mother went today and after her visit they charged her $27 for Covid precautions on visit back in November. I feel this is something she should have been told up front in November. She could have made the choice to cancel or pay it then. To come back 6 months later at next cleaning and mention it is totally unacceptable. I wonder how many other people they have taken advantage of this way."
"I have been going to Dr. Calloway for 6yrs. He is great! But, his wife/office manager is terrible at her job. She is going to make him lose his business bc I am not the only person that has had a problem with her sending in claims over to insurance. I have called numerous times and went by there to try to talk to Tammy. She is never there to do her job and she will not call me back at all! I have claims from last year that she still has not sent in to my insurance company. Every time I go they say I have a balance of $700. I have paid over $100. I will not pay anymore until she sends my claims in to my insurance company. If she sends me to collections. I will take them to court to fight it! I can't help it she can't do her job."
