"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I see why they are named Shady Grove, they are shady. I was told to go in for cycle day 3 bloodwork and ultrasound which fell on the weekend. Apparently this office doesn't have weekend appointments so the receptionist told me I had to go to Richmond, I drove more than 75 miles each way to Richmond. A month later I get a message stating they don't process day 3 bloodwork on the weekend. Time and money wasted."

"Given how complex fertility treatment is, I consider the care I received from Shady Grove Fredericksburg to be exceptional from Dec. 2019 - Dec. 2022. They offered excellent coordination across the many tests, treatments and facilities, which is impressive for any medical practice. Test results were given in real time (ultrasounds) or as soon as possible, usually same-day (bloodwork). The staff were always kind and compassionate towards me whether my treatments were unsuccessful or successful. I felt that I received personalized care from Dr. Durso, who has a strong intuition, while also receiving the latest treatment protocols based on real statistics and research. Fertility treatment is very expensive and Shady Grove was honest with me about the success rates of each procedure. From looking at other practices in the local area and a few out of area, their prices are not much different than other fertility clinics. I appreciated being able to do some of the tests and treatments here in Fredericksburg, as that saved a lot of time. As with any medical practice, patients do need ask questions and advocate for themselves. Fertility can be a web of financial, physical, and emotional stress, and I feel Shady Grove helped me navigate it well."

"Shady Grove Fertility deserves 5 stars plus. My main location was Fredericksburg VA. Dr. Durso is my doctor and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I recieved from her and her team there! Everyone here is exceptionally friendly, professional and positive! I previously went to Washington Fertility and let me say please never find yourself walking through their door. If you want to have a baby go to Shady Grove Fertility! You will find yourself in true baby making hands that care about you and your family!! The whole process through Shady Grove was perfect, smooth and top notch professional and leading in all lab procedures as well!! We went through 1 IVF process with Shady Grove and I'm pregnant! Please if you’re in need of fertility treatment go to Shady Grove first! If your currently somewhere else I know how hard it can be to make the decision to leave and try another fertility place but just do it!! If nothing else but to have a consultation with them, you will not regret it. You will find yourself feeling confident and at ease about your fertility troubles and soon you will have the wonderful bundle of joy that you long for!
