"Just came to Lowe’s on 96 to pick up some simple washers. There is no register open the only place to check out is self check out I was told by the individual that works here that it is my job to make sure I get the QR code to be able to check out. This is absolutely absurd. I do not work for Lowe’s, so this is not my obligation to find this information will be taking my business to Home Depot."

"Lowe’s on Watson staff were extremely helpful. I had a return that ended up getting me sent to Bonaire store where I spent 2 hrs waiting to get approval for an exchange. The staff acted as if the didn’t care. One girl did help me as much as she could but 4 others gave me the worse service ever as I watch them pleasantly handle others. After calling every company they gave the store the final say and they refused my exchange I lost business that morning but was blessed when I went back to Watson. The 2 ladies up front took great care of me thru even located the missing product, manager approved the return in seconds and Mr L even took the item to my car. I didn’t renew my warranty because of the incident but if I shop again it will definitely be at Watson."

"Worst service.. Had to have Hardy trim pulled down ..waited 20 minutes for forklift operator once he pulled it down he put it six to seven feet off the ground made it very difficult to load never even cut the bands loose and didn't even offer to help. Now standing in line for past 30 minutes. Most of the staff not wearing a uniform.. Also couldn't get keys made.."

"Well staffed and stocked. Contractor checkout usually has good staff and is easy to get in and out. Other ch clout area usually has self checkout and a couple of regular checkout aisles open. If going to Lowe’s, this is my go to location."
