"I got a few things I want to say I took my cat there and they gave me hope and thinking I can get a back some meds for to save her when it came down to it they couldn't do nothing but they were really fast about taking my credit card. I'm not asking and saying they should but they could send a sympathy card it is very hard when you lose them I could go on and on and put some other stuff but I won't"

"Giving 5 stars because all of the staff at VCA Dudley are incredible. My husband and I recently adopted an 8m old puppy and she’s incredible. Since we’ve got her, we have taken her to VCA Dudley 4 times. Everytime they are fast, friendly, super kind to our pup and very receptive to our concerns. When we brought her in for her first visit, I had a bunch of random concerns for her (just new puppy anxiety) but the staff and Dr. Kuchyt made me feel heard and addressed every (no matter how niche) concern that I brought up. They’re so willing to work with you to negotiate services and find the best course of action for any problem your pup may have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get quality care for their fury family member."
